Kyle Borden

Coach Kyle is known for his incredible work engine around the gym, even finishing 4th worldwide in the 2017 Murph Challenge! When he isn't running circles around us, he is one of the loudest supporters in the gym, cheering everyone to finish. In college he played baseball at Northwest Oklahoma State University, and still enjoys throwing a knuckleball behind the gym on occasion. Outside the gym he is a helicopter pilot for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, so race him in the gym and not on the streets.

Andrew Nicholas - Managing Owner/Head Coach

I began CrossFit in 2013 at the heaviest I had ever been and a much larger shadow of my former, college self.  I've experienced first hand the changes that strength and conditioning training, like CrossFit, can provide.  Changes not only in a short period of time, but with a longterm commitment and investment in yourself.  I learned that you don't have to kill yourself in the gym to get results, that workouts can be fun, and the people around you can become family!  When you have both a easy-to-follow nutrition plan and great community to help you along the way you can makes these healthy changes a lifestyle.
