Boot Camp
The Boot-camp will consist of high intensity functional movements that will sculpt your body and improve your health. All Fitness levels are welcome. The harder you can push yourself the sooner you will see results from this training. This class will be held indoors but may be transitioned outside if weather permits. Music and instruction will be a part of every class. you will also get basic diet and recovery tips to help maximize your results. We will utilize such equipment as sleds, tractor tires, sledge hammers, kettle bells, dumbbells, gymnastic rings, sandbags, olympics bars, bumper plates and jump ropes just to name a few.
