"Are You Ready"
"No" you do not need to go somewhere else and get in shape before you join CrossFit. That is like saying you have to go to nursing school first to prepare yourself for going to medical school when your goal ,to begin with, is to be a doctor. The quickest path to fitness is CrossFit. The best way to determine if CrossFit is for you is to come in for the "Free" intro session.
"Sign Up for Elements Training"
*Before you join a CrossFit classes you must complete "Elements" via the "On-Ramp"
Elements is required for two reasons:
- For your Safety - You will learn, in great detail, all of the movements performed in a CrossFit Workout
- No One is Left Behind - After completing Elements you will be able to jump into a program and feel confident in the skills you have learned.
CrossFit Elements are scheduled as small group training sessions with a Coach.

"On-Ramp" is held Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 7:30pm-8:30pm for 4 weeks. You must graduate from this course to begin CrossFit Classes.

- Proper Recovery

These skill have been selected to assist and develop each clients experience as they begin the Crossfit Program. The skills that are practiced are an excellent way for the student to become familiar with the CrossFit method!
Personal Training
If you are not ready to make the transition directly to CrossFit training after completion of the Elements training or you need specific sports focused training? You can continue with a trainer for a $50.00 per hour.
