What is CrossFit

CrossFit Exile(CFX) is your local Moore affiliate.  CrossFit is a method of fitness that uses functional varied movement at relative high intensities for time. We incorporate the principles of CrossFit into every program we offer.CrossFit programs are limited to small groups of people - this increases personal attention by the coach for each client. CrossFit has all of the benefits of personal training at half the cost! by working out with a group of people you will find yourself pushing harder than ever before.You will challenge yourself, and achieve goals you previously thought you couldn't!

CrossFit Exile(CFX) is forging a "Fit" culture - to lead an active, healthy lifestyle.A few of our guiding principles are "Develop a Community- We do this be growing relationships inside and outside the gym. We well compete in events like marathons, corporate challenges and CrossFit sponsored events .We will also have social get-togethers & celebrations.  In CrossFit Exile you will surprise yourself with what you are capable of achieving

CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. This program offers a fitness that prepares you for occurrences in everyday life. The workouts are scaled to meet you where you are physically. Regardless of your experience or fitness level you will find your best fitness in the CrossFit program! All CrossFit Training is 60 minutes, this includes warm up, the workout, and a cool down(stretching). Classes are held at the CrossFit Exile Facility  - 501 Messenger Ln, Suite B Moore Oklahoma 73160.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts.
