Stacy Jennings-Owner/Coach
Spent 4 years in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsmen stationed with a Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit. After the Military he attended the University of North Texas where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 2002. During College he worked as a personal trainer. He began training with Jason Boag at CrossFit OKC December 2006. He participated in his first Marathon in 2009, on a relay team ,and completed his first Halfl Marathon in 2010. He is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and certified to teach Olympic Weightlifting, Mobility & Recovery, and Endurance. He was a judge at the 2009 & 2010 Southwest Regional Qualifier for the CrossFit Games & one of two head judges at the 2010 South Central Sectionals.
Aaron O'Neil-Coach
Aaron was born and raised in Norman, OK and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2002. During college, Aaron was a member of the University of Oklahoma Crew, and rowed for OU for 2 seasons, competing in both 2000m and 5000m races. After college running replaced rowing and he has competed in several 5k, 15k, and half marathons and completed his first full marathon in 2006. In 2008, Aaron took 5 months to hike the 2,175 mile long Appalachian Trail, starting in Georgia and finishing in Maine, and has since become an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. He started doing CrossFit at his local gym in 2007, and began training with Stacy at CrossFit Exile in September of 2009. Aaron became a Level One trainer in February of 2010 as well as completing the Recovery and Mobility Certification in April of 2010. Aaron plans to complete the CrossFit Endurance Certification in May 2010 and compete in the CrossFit Games Sectionals next year.
Mike Jones-Coach
Mike is currently on active duty in the United States Navy, and is a qualified Naval Aircrew Instructor. He is also a Command Fitness Leader and Fitness Enhancement Program coordinator for his squadron. He is pursuing officer commissioning programs and is a part time student at Coastline Community College, Where he is finishing up his degree in Electrical Mechanical Technology. Mike has been active in sports and fitness his entire life. He played baseball, basketball, football and golf all the way through high school. In September 2009 he found his new home at Crossfit Exile where he plans to coach and train. Mike is married to his wonderful wife Karla, and has four beautiful children, Elly, Brayden, Tyler, and Zachary. Mike is a Level 1 Crossfit coach and also is Olympic weightlifting certified. He also recently attended the Mobility and Recovery certification. He placed 29th overall at the 2010 Oklahoma sectionals and plans to compete and be involved in the Crossfit games for years to come.
Harrison Fincham-Coach
Harrison is originally from Illinois where he attended Western Illinois University majoring in Law Enforcement/Justice Administration and Communication. Harrison played volleyball and lacrosse while attending Western. In October of 2009 he found Crossfit Exile and became level 1 certified in April 2010. In addition to being a trainer, Harrison is an Oklahoma City Police Officer and serves as a Platoon Sgt. in a dismounted recon company in the Oklahoma National Guard. Harrison also has a martial arts background of jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. He plans on competing in the 2011 sectionals and also the 2011 indoor rowing championship.
David Williams-Coach
David graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelors in Psychology, with an emphasis on performance enhancement. He was a member of the University football team from 2001 to 2006. David is a Level One CrossFit Certified Trainer as well as CrossFit Mobility/Recovery and CrossFit Endurance Certified. He has trained a variety of clients from athletes, pageant queens, and the handicapped including fourteen year old teenagers to senior citizens as old as 83.
