F.A.Q.

Do I have to be in shape before I start CrossFit?
No. CrossFit is for anyone, regardless of their current physical fitness level. All we ever ask is that you give us your best effort every day.
What if I can't do a pull-up?
Each class is led by a coach who’s job it is to make sure everyone has a safe, fun workout. Before ever starting a workout, they can help modify movements so you are still working with the group.
I've had a surgery. Will I be able to do this?
Absolutely. We have helped people with repaired knees, shoulders, backs, etc. Just like our staff is educated on how to scale things based on ability, they can modify workouts to fit your injuries.
How often should I attend classes?
The official CrossFit recommendation is 3 days on, 1 day off. We also have several people who just choose to workout 3, 4, or 5 times a week based on their schedule. We don’t limit how often you come in, we just advise you take rest days when you feel like you need them.
What if I don't know what an AMRAP is?
Not a problem! Starting in CrossFit isn’t just about learning how to move. We talk in shorthand and letters that can be very confusing at first. Don’t worry if you read the workout and have no idea what anything means. Our staff will never leave you behind. Their job is to educate and lead so you have a great class.
