What is CrossFit? CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains”. Everything in the fitness world is fair game to build a new workout everyday. This is not meant to be for anyone specific, and certainly not only for the fittest people. All workouts are scalable, meaning the workout can be modified to fit your fitness level and provide you the opportunity to participate in the same workout as the class. Regardless of your starting point, with CFX you are not a just a member, you’re an athlete.
