Jenna Robertson


Growing up I was always active and played sports in school.  I joined the local swim team when I was 8yrs old, competing all the way through college and even coaching for a couple years.  Between daily practice and weekend competitions our family basically lived at the swimming pool.  I enjoyed the team atmosphere while being able to still compete in individual events.  After college I ran once in a while and lifted light weights in the gym a couple days a week – you know I just wanted to tone, not get too bulky. Haha

I started Crossfit shortly after watching reruns of the 2014 Crossfit Games.  After seeing what those girls were capable of, I knew I wanted to feel confident and be strong like them.  Looking back, I wish I would have heard about Crossfit earlier.  The best feeling as a coach is seeing the huge smile on a members face when they get their first pull up, learn a new skill or PR a lift.

Favorite Movement(s):  Double unders and thrusters, and I’d do just about anything to get out of burpees

Favorite Workouts/Types of Workouts: With my cardio back ground I like long pacing style workouts, with multiple round or chippers.
