I believe that CrossFit changes lives. It certainly changed mine when I started in 2013. I found a fitness regimen that was simple to follow, great coaching and a community of people with the same goals as me. Every class I teach is aimed at being the best hour of that person’s day, and every day is a chance to get someone to do something they’ve never done before. I want to inspire fitness and have fun doing it.
