LOOKING FOR A CHANGE? Our 6 week bootcamp is intended to get you started on that New Year’s resolution to loose weight or maybe just to try something new from the normal gym experience. Our program is inclusive to all levels!
All we ask is that you can commit to the 6 weeks, take to us about your nutrition goals, and come in ready to put in the work with a positive attitude.
Camp fee ($200) includes:
- Three bootcamp classes per week.
- Nutrition instruction class with our certified Precision Nutrition coaches (no supplement pushing, here).
- Before and after body fat testing.
- Access to the private bootcamp Facebook group where you can meet and encourage other participants, ask questions, and share your experiences along the way.

First Class: January 1st, 2019
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 6:30 am OR 6:30pm
All classes are 1 hour long, coach lead, and will teach you everything you need to know to reach your personal goals and to even continue into regular CrossFit classes if you choose.
Will be done by individual meetings to discuss goals and create a plan that is easy to follow and can lead to long term success.
