CrossFit level 2 trainer, ATA Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer
I have been in the Navy Reserve since 2006. I attended my first CrossFit class in 2013. I have been a CrossFit trainer since 2018. I have no wives, no kids, I'm just a dog dad.
I never played sports or was active growing up. I would work out with friends in the Navy while overseas, but I could not find the motivation or direction when I was home and alone. Then I was introduced to CrossFit and it had exercise, instruction, community and most of all, fun.
I enjoy seeing members achieve new skills and strengths that they have been working hard for. My favorite workouts are benchmark and hero WODs, because members can track results, set goals and make improvements.
