Fitness is an awesome thing that can transfer into all aspects of life. One part of that is the mental health aspect. Through fitness I’ve seen myself and other become mentally stronger in all other areas.
One of the best parts of coaching is helping people to accomplish things they never thought were possible. From a movement, to doing an everyday task that has been difficult to impossible.
