CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Kids
Hi, my name is Molleigh. I am a kids coach here at CrossFit Exile. I am a retired level 10 gymnast. I have been doing CrossFit since 2021 and could not have fallen in love with this sport faster. I love having the opportunity to teach kids about their body awareness and strength, but most importantly about how to interact with others and have fun!
After doing gymnastics for so long, it wasn’t an easy decision to quit, but it turned out being the best decision I have made. I knew I wanted to start working out and I knew I was very competitive so I really wanted to be able to continue competing. Thats when I saw a CrossFit Games post on Facebook, it was truly love at first site. Next thing you know I was enrolled at CrossFit Exile and I was competing in local competitions!
My motivation comes from two things. Myself and my community. I stay motivated by always progressing in the gym. No matter what, I am constantly getting better at a new skill or hitting a new PR. When you constantly have new goals you are aiming for, its easy to keep pushing and to stay motivated to attain those goals. Although, when it gets discouraging, that is when my second motivation comes into play. My CrossFit community here at Exile is constantly motivating me to be better. The community is filled with people who just want you to be at your best! This community helps to keep me motivated and is always encouraging me to keep trying!
